Ali Edalat se formou em Odontologia, em 1994, pela renomada New York University, e se formou no curso de Implantodontia Cirurgia e Protese pela mesma Faculdade em 1998. Em 1994, ele começou a clinicar em sua clínica situada em Manhattan, New York, ao lado de seu pai e de sua irmã, ambos renomados dentistas especializados e professores de Centro de Odontologia de New York University.
Em sua clínica de New York, Dr. Ali Edalat dedicou-se, sobretudo, à odontologia estética, realizando inúmeros casos de facetas dentárias, implantes, coroas e pontes de porcelana, obturacoes esteticas, cirurugias de enxerto osseo e cirugias plasticas de gingiva, reabilitando funcional e esteticamente as bocas dos pacientes e promovendo a transformação dos sorrindo deles.
